Job Details:
Manages customer financial transactions from a specialized window or remote pneumatic tube system, delivering fast and accurate drive-up service. They process routine transactions—such as check cashing, cash deposits, withdrawals, and utility payments—while accurately verifying customer identities and ensuring account security. Acting as the face of the branch for drive-up clients, they balance their cash drawers daily, answer account inquiries, and cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate. Because they interact with customers through a window or intercom, they must maintain high levels of multitasking, attention to detail, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
